Account Responsibilities

As a registered member of 555qr, you bear full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. You are required to keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party.

Account Security

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 555qr support immediately at [email protected]. 555qr will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

555qr may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or unlocking certain features. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Bonuses and Promotions

555qr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions:

555qr employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with relevant authorities when legally required to do so. Any winnings accrued through prohibited activity will be declared void and subject to full forfeiture without appeal.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the 555qr platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 555qr or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 555qr platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the express written consent of 555qr.

Limitation of Liability

555qr provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555qr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 555qr does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
